Pricing FAQ
- Your fare is a base fare of $3.50 plus $2.50 per kilometre. If the vehicle has to wait, waiting is charged at $35.00 per hour — but only after the first 10 minutes of each stop. Applicable tax is added at the end.
- No. A wheelchair-accessible ride costs the same as a Standard ride on the same route, and accessibility equipment or assistance never changes a fare. XL and Premium cost more because they are bigger or better-appointed cars.
- Waiting only starts after a stop passes 10 minutes. Short stops are free; the meter gives you that grace before it begins.
- It’s a close estimate based on the distance and waiting you enter. Your final fare reflects the actual route and waiting time. For riders already enrolled in funded transport, your covered portion is shown before you ride — funding for new riders is coming soon.
