- No. Coordinators book in the dashboard and riders are reached by SMS or phone call, with trip details and live updates. This is itself an accessibility feature for elderly, low-income, and disabled riders.
- ARK is built for Canadian privacy law — PIPEDA and provincial health-privacy legislation such as Ontario’s PHIPA. Accessibility and health-related details are used only to coordinate appropriate, accessible transport.
- Yes. On-demand, scheduled-for-later, recurring standing schedules, round-trips, and multi-stop trips are all supported — designed for dialysis, therapy, and regular appointments.
- Soon. Our government-supported funding program is coming soon — when it opens, fares will be split across funding sources at quote time, including ODSP and other disability programs, and exported for reconciliation. Organizations already enrolled keep billing as they do today. See the Funding page for the waitlist.
