- Many trips can be funded. ARK supports billing to ODSP and other disability programs and care organizations, split at quote time. See the Funding page, or ask us about your situation.
- Yes. A caregiver or trusted contact can be the payment method, so your loved one never has to handle payment themselves.
- The person being supported can revoke a caregiver link at any time from their account — sharing is always under their control.
- No. You can arrange and track rides for them; they can be reached by SMS or phone call with trip details and updates.
